Turning 27 With Two Jobs And $2,600 In Savings. Is My Plan For The Next Year Realistic?

I’m turning 27, finishing my business degree in December, and working two jobs six days a week in Colorado. I recently moved in with roommates and spent about $1,250 on car repairs, so I’m trying to rebuild my cash savings.
I bring home roughly $3,450–$4,100 a month between both jobs, after insurance, 401k, and HSA deductions. Hours and tips vary.
My approximate balances:
Savings: $2,600
Roth IRA: $6,000
401k: $2,000
HSA: $500
Brokerage: $10,000
Pokémon collection: estimated $10,000 before selling costs
Paid-off 2010 Lexus RX350 with 175k miles, some bumper damage, and more maintenance coming up
That’s about $31,100 in assets before counting my checking account and car. Credit cards are paid off, and I have about $500 left to pay for school. I know the collection isn’t the same as cash.
Monthly expenses:
Rent with utilities/internet: $900
Phone: $60
Car insurance: $135
Gas: $260
Groceries: $250–$350
Gym/subscriptions: $60–$70
Ski pass: $160 until paid off
Going out/dates: $75–$150
So roughly $1,900–$2,100 before repairs and miscellaneous spending.
Starting in November, my plan is to put away the following every two weeks:
$400 into savings
$120 into my Roth, split between VTI, VXUS, and QQQM
$40 total into individual stocks
Keep contributing $170 to my 401k and $30 to my HSA through payroll. I still need to confirm my employer match.
That would add $10,400 to savings over a full year if nothing came up. I want at least $10k in cash, but I also need to prepare for replacing my car eventually. Ideally I’d spend $18k–$20k and keep any loan small or avoid one. I’m willing to sell some Pokémon cards to help.
Does this leave enough breathing room, or am I investing too much while my cash savings are low? How would you split emergency savings, car savings, and retirement contributions in my situation?
