Gurugram-based Urban Company said its quick-service housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, has crossed 1 million monthly delivered bookings in March, with three days still left in the month.

According to the company, the milestone comes soon after the platform reported over 50,000 daily orders in February. It described InstaHelp as the fastest-scaling business unit in its history.

Currently operational across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Pune, InstaHelp offers on-demand housekeeping services such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and meal preparation. The company claims fulfilment timelines of 10–15 minutes from booking.

“InstaHelp’s trajectory reflects the growing trust consumers place in the platform for their everyday and immediate needs,” said Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and cofounder of Urban Company.

The rapid scale-up has also impacted the company’s financials. In Q3 FY26, Urban Company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 21 crore and an adjusted EBITDA loss of Rs 17 crore. It attributed this largely to investments in the InstaHelp vertical.

The instant home services segment is witnessing rising competition, similar to quick commerce. Players such as Snabbit and Pronto are expanding their presence. As per ET data, Snabbit recorded an estimated 4.8–5 lakh (0.5 million) monthly orders in February, while Pronto reported around 3.4 lakh (0.34 million) orders.

Market share data for last month indicates that InstaHelp led the segment with 49.2%, followed by Snabbit at 36.4% and Pronto at 14.3%.

On the funding front, Pronto recently raised $25 million in a Series B round. Snabbit is reportedly looking to raise $50–60 million in an upcoming round.
