Urban Company on Sunday announced that its quick service housekeeping vertical InstaHelp has crossed 100,000 delivered orders in a single day, around five months after the platform reached 50,000 daily bookings.

According to the company, InstaHelp crossed the 100,000 delivered orders milestone at 5:54 PM on August 2. The final number for the day is expected to be higher. The company added that the figure reflects peak daily deliveries, while the business will continue to focus on customer retention, service quality and the availability of service professionals for long term growth.

“Crossing 100,000 delivered orders in a single day, barely five months after we crossed 50,000, reflects both the growing consumer demand for InstaHelp and the strength of the operating model we've built. We are building this category the way we build everything at Urban Company with a strong focus on unit economics and long term value. As we scale, Net Transaction Value and contribution per order remain the metrics we hold ourselves to, because they reflect the true, durable health of the business,” said Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and co-founder of Urban Company.

The announcement comes days after Urban Company disclosed its Q1 FY27 results. InstaHelp fulfilled 3.82 million orders during the quarter, up 43% from 2.67 million in Q4 FY26, while its adjusted EBITDA loss per order improved to Rs 346 from Rs 447 in the preceding quarter.

Urban Company launched InstaHelp as a pilot in Mumbai in March 2025. The platform offers housekeeping services such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry and meal preparation, with professionals available within 10 to 15 minutes of booking. It currently operates across select micro markets in major metro cities.

In February this year, InstaHelp crossed 50,000 daily bookings, less than a year after its pilot launch. The company later said the platform completed more than 1 million monthly delivered bookings in March, with three days still left in the month.

According to a recent Moneycontrol report, InstaHelp completed around 1.9 million orders in July and regained the top position in the instant home services segment. Rival Snabbit completed around 1.85 million orders during the month, while Pronto crossed 1.25 million bookings.
