Western Regional Vice President
Driving sales growth and enhancing productivity, the full-time Western Regional Vice President will provide strategic partnership to Principal Owners and field leaders while working remotely across the Western United States. Key responsibilities Assist in building comprehensive business plans to expand distribution and influence performance across the region Partner with Principal Owners and field leaders to improve business performance using data and targeted coaching Act as a liaison between the Field and Home Office, addressing complex business and regulatory matters Required qualifications Proven experience in consulting on sales growth and productivity in a field-based or financial services environment Demonstrated success in business planning aligned with strategic growth initiatives Strong understanding of distribution economics, recruiting, and production metrics Ability to navigate escalations and ambiguous challenges with sound business judgment Leadership style that aligns with organizational values and fosters trust-based relationships
