Michaela Seewald is the founder and CEO of v24 MEDIA, the publisher of the prestigious magazines VOGUE CS and Vogue Leaders for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Her work focuses on connecting global brands with Central Europe and creating innovative content that goes beyond traditional fashion boundaries. At TEDxHumenné, Michaela returns to her home region with a powerful message: big dreams can be born in small places. In her talk, she explores the impact of invisible role models in the worlds of fashion and business — and how they quietly shape our ambitions and sense of possibility. Under Michaela’s leadership, the magazine reaches over 100,000 readers in print and three million on digital platforms. She founded the Vogue Leaders platform, which supports women and girls through inspiring interviews and conferences. In 2024, she also launched the project Most Influential Woman, highlighting exceptional female personalities. Michaela studied law at Charles University and is a member of the Czech Bar Association. She believes that true luxury lies in values such as family, time, health, and inner peace.
