Would You Pay For Relevant Lessons Learned Of Other Founders? I Will Not Promote.

Hi guys, I’ve started 2 ventures over the past 5 years. One was a marketing and events agency for music artists, another was a customer loyalty SaaS.

They worked to varying degrees but looking back I feel like I wasted so much time going all the way down the rabbit hole on bad ideas.

I have a few other founder friends and they’ve run into the same problem. As founders, we’re ambitious and overly optimistic, we have egos, and we fall for our own confirmation bias. This leads us to spending time and money working on ideas that are fundamentally flawed.

Sometimes I wish I could have had some sort of access to the lessons that other founders had learned from their missteps that were relevant to the kind of business I wanted to build. Obviously you can do this with mentors, but not everybody has one, and most people who do can only take a few relevant lessons from them.

I’m wondering if you guys feel like this is a problem you’d pay a little bit of money to solve? Don’t have a firm solution yet, just curious about your thoughts and experiences. Appreciate anyone who’s willing to share!
