Coleman supports approximately 20 Senior Lifestyle communities, guiding leaders and teams in delivering consistent, meaningful experiences for residents and families. Over the past year, she personally facilitated 30 Embrace Memory Care training sessions, reinforcing confidence, best practices, and a shared understanding of purpose across communities.

Coleman said her work is guided by a clear sense of purpose.

“I do what I do because I believe every person living with memory loss deserves to live with dignity, purpose, and joy,” she said. “I hope to create consistency in exceptional care by ensuring every team member understands the ‘why’ behind what we do.”
