Men, be honest- have you ever felt like you keep attracting toxic women no matter what you do? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

If you feel like you keep attracting toxic women, it may be time to look at the pattern more closely. Most men believe they’re simply unlucky in love or that they somehow attract the wrong women. They blame their past, their narcissistic ex, or bad luck in dating. But the uncomfortable truth is this: you are the common denominator in your relationships.

That doesn’t mean you deserve unhealthy relationships. It means you may be choosing what feels familiar.

Many people unconsciously repeat the dynamics they experienced in the past. The intensity, the emotional highs and lows, the push-pull dynamic—it can feel strangely comfortable because it’s familiar. And familiarity can easily be mistaken for chemistry.

So the same cycle repeats. You meet someone who feels exciting. The red flags appear, but you ignore them. You hope things will change. And eventually, the same pain shows up again.

Breaking the pattern starts with awareness. Instead of asking “Why do I attract toxic women?” start asking “Why am I choosing them?” When you change what you tolerate, what you pursue, and what you walk away from, your dating patterns begin to change too.
