Ageasy Launches Campaign With Anupam Kher To Champion Seniors’ Independence And Redefine Caregiving
Gurugram: AGEasy, the direct-to-consumer products business of Antara Senior Care, part of the Max Group, has unveiled a new digital campaign featuring veteran actor and brand ambassador Anupam Kher. Built around the theme "Taaki Aapki Fikr, Unki Freedom Ke Beech Na Aae", the campaign encourages families to view caregiving as a means of empowering senior citizens to remain independent rather than making them dependent.
The campaign reflects AGEasy's philosophy of enabling active ageing by promoting dignity, confidence and self-reliance among older adults. Through a series of digital films, it highlights how genuine care lies in helping seniors continue doing things for themselves, instead of taking over everyday tasks.
Set in familiar family situations, the films portray loved ones instinctively stepping forward to assist elderly family members, only to be met with the reassuring response, "Main kar lunga" ("I'll do it on my own"). Across the narratives, the phrase evolves into a symbol of confidence, dignity and the desire to lead an independent life.

Commenting on the campaign, Ishaan Khanna, CEO, Antara Assisted Care Services, said, “In India, love is often expressed by doing things for our elders. But as parents grow older, that instinct can sometimes turn into doing things instead of them. This campaign was born from the belief that seniors do not need someone to step in as much as something to stand by them — thoughtfully designed products that give them the confidence to say, ‘Main kar lunga.’ Communicating this shift called for someone who doesn't just endorse this idea but embodies it, someone whose own life is evidence that age need not slow you down. Through this campaign, we hope to encourage families to see independence not as the absence of care, but as one of its strongest expressions.”
Sharing his thoughts on the association, Anupam Kher said, “I have always believed that age should never define how enthusiastically we live. Even at 70, I continue to work, stay fit, travel, learn new things, and challenge myself every day. Being a caregiver to my mother has also taught me that love is not always about stepping in. Sometimes, it is about stepping back with trust and the right solutions, so the people we care about can continue living with dignity and confidence. That is what resonated with me about AGEasy and makes this association so meaningful.”
The campaign is being rolled out across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, along with digital platforms including MX Player, JioHotstar and Inshorts, as AGEasy looks to expand conversations around healthy and independent ageing.
Through the initiative, the brand aims to reinforce its commitment to senior-focused innovation. AGEasy has developed a range of products designed to support independent living and self-management of chronic conditions across categories such as fall prevention, joint care, lung care, diabetes management, gut care and overall wellness. Several of these solutions are backed by patented innovations, underscoring the company's focus on creating products that help seniors live with greater confidence, dignity and ease.
