Help Me Decide On A Roller Model!

Card image cap

For the past few months I’ve been reading everyone’s thoughts and opinions on all the different brands, features, models and sub-models, and like many others I’m overwhelmed by the choices. I have figured out what features are important to me, so please help me decide which robot best meets my needs.
• I have a 2 story home, all hardwood floors except for tile in the laundry and bathrooms. I’m starting with a robot downstairs which is about 1800sf consisting of an open floorplan with a hallway to a bedroom suite. All hardwood floors with 3 large thick pile oriental rugs.
• No kids, but I have 2 cats that love to wrestle and shed fur. They have a talent for tracking clumping clay litter everywhere. So it’s important to have a robot that does a good job vacuuming wood floors and thick pile rugs that cat hair clings to.
• I know I want a roller mop with a roller guard to protect the carpet. And hot water washing of the roller to help keep it clean and pseudo-sanitized.

Questions:
• Does the higher Pa suction number really mean it vacuums better? I’ve seen people say it means nothing, so I’m wondering if you can tell the difference between the performance of a 22,000Pa and a 30,000Pa robot?
• I’m curious if Narwal’s oval shaped roller mop cleans better than the regular round rollers. It doesn’t have a roller shield to protect carpets. Does the roller lift high enough to keep carpet from getting wet?
• I like the idea of the Deetbot X12S Omnicylone being bagless. Any opinions on if it’s better or worse for capturing dust than a bag?
• Are Black Friday deals usually better than the upcoming Amazon Big Deal Days? Now that I’ve decided I desperately need and want one, of course I want it ASAP. But I’m willing to wait until Black Friday for a deal on a new model like the Saros 20 Flow that is insanely expensive.

Current list of contenders: In no particular order, some specs, and their current price on Amazon. They all have a roller that extends for edge mopping, and a roller shield to protect carpet from getting wet (except the Narwal). If you have one of these and love it or hate it, please let me know. And please let me know if there is a model that fits my needs that I may have missed. Thank you for all your advice and insights!
