I’m Mike Mulligan, a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist and Certified Vision Rehabilitation Therapist with more than 10 years of experience working with people who are blind or visually impaired.
Through this channel, I share practical videos about orientation and mobility, assistive technology, independent living skills, accessibility, and vision rehabilitation. My goal is to make these topics understandable and useful for people with vision loss, families, educators, and other professionals.
In addition to creating online content, I provide in-person and virtual instruction, evaluations, consultations, workshops, and presentations. Every person’s goals are different, so my services are designed to support greater independence, confidence, and access in everyday life.
