12 Oaks Senior Living Appoints President Greg Puklicz Ceo
DALLAS — 12 Oaks Senior Living has appointed President Greg Puklicz the role of chief executive officer. Puklicz has served as president of the company since December 2021. Previous CEO Richard K. Blaylock will move into a new role as chairman of the board.
“Greg’s steady leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to our core values make him the ideal choice to lead 12 Oaks into the future,” said Blaylock in a statement. “Over the past several years, his forward-thinking approach has been instrumental in modernizing our platforms, scaling our infrastructure, growing leaders and expanding our footprint.”
Puklicz first joined 12 Oaks as chief financial officer in 2018. During his tenure as president, he helped grow the company’s portfolio to more than 40 communities.
“I am deeply honored to step into the role of CEO and build upon the extraordinary foundation that Dick and the Blaylock family have established,” says Puklicz. “Our emphasis moving ahead will be on carefully curating our portfolio through select management engagements, disciplined acquisitions and strategic capital alliances.”
