The Memory Care Innovation Awards program recognizes the providers and vendors who are shaping the future of cognitive care delivery across the memory care, senior housing & senior living industry.

A Memory Care Innovator is:

  • A high-performing employee, with at least seven (7) years of experience, who is dedicated to transforming cognitive care for their patients
  • A passionate professional who knows how to put their vision into action for the good of those living with cognitive decline and those caring for them
  • An advocate for those living with memory-related disorders, the people who support them, and the industry peers who ensure their well-being

  • Skilled Nursing

Members of the Memory Care Innovation Awards Class of 2026 receive:
