Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group Names Robyn Zacharias As Cmo

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group on Thursday announced the appointment of Robyn Zacharias as chief marketing officer.

Zacharias, who brings 30-plus years of marketing and advertising leadership to the company, will oversee the company’s marketing, brand and communications strategy.

“Robyn is a proven leader who will elevate Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group’s marketing efforts and strengthen our connection with borrowers, partners, and communities,” said Brian Holland, founder and CEO of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. “This addition will enhance our high-caliber executive team as we capitalize on our momentum throughout 2026.”

For more than 20 years, Zacharias led an advertising agency where she spearheaded strategic, data-driven campaigns across industries — including retail, packaged and consumer goods, apparel, insurance and financial services.

In a post on LinkedIn announcing the news, Holland said one of Zacharias’s key focus areas will be in elevating brand awareness.

“In some of our markets, we’ve been the best-kept secret — and we don’t want to be a secret anymore,” he wrote. “Our people do incredible work every day, and we want to make sure the industry and our communities know it. We’re ready to tell that story loudly and proudly.”

Zacharias was named as Brown Edwards’ 2023 RVA Power Woman of the Year for Marketing, and she has also led organizations recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years.

Beyond her professional achievements, Zacharias has held leadership roles on the boards of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Elephant Auto Insurance, Ronald McDonald House Charities, YWCA and Prevention Connections.
