Coldwell Banker Expands In Southern California

Coldwell Banker Real Estate has added Cal American Homes to its franchise network — with the brokerage now operating as Coldwell Banker Icon.

New affiliate owners Jessie Rodriguez and Aaron Juarez together have more than 50 years of experience in real estate.

Coldwell Banker Icon is based in Claremont, Calif., and supported by 25 agents serving the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Rodriguez has worked in the real estate industry for 23 years and has previously led multiple offices — participating in transactions totaling billions of dollars in sales.
