Exp Adds Realtrends Verified The Lisa Sevajian Group In Massachusetts
Massachusetts-based The Lisa Sevajian Group has joined eXp Realty, the brokerage announced.
The 10-person team — led by Lisa Sevajian — has managed more than $300 million in career sales and closed about 1,500 transactions, according to the company.
That includes $53 million in annual volume reported on the most recent RealTrends Verified rankings.
Sevajian said the move reflects a strategic decision for her team.
“This isn’t starting over,” she said. “It’s starting smarter. We’re building something that works better for our agents, our clients and our lives.”
Working primarily in the greater Boston market and since 2020, Sevajian led the top local operation in Andover, Mass., for her previous brokerage.
