Health Wave Partners Acquires 191-unit Campus In Denver Metro
PARKER, Colo. — Health Wave Partners has acquired MorningStar Senior Living of Parker, a seniors housing campus located in the Denver submarket of Parker.
Totaling 191 units, the property offers a full continuum of care. MorningStar opened the first building at the campus in 2012, expanding the property in 2014 and 2016. The campus was fully occupied at the time of acquisition.

Globel asset management manager Macquarie Asset Management launched Health Wave Partners, a dedicated seniors housing investment platform, in 2025.
MorningStar’s portfolio comprises 38 properties currently under operation or development in the Midwest and Western U.S.
