Palladium USA announces next senior living project in Texas
Palladium USA announced plans for Palladium Cockrell Hill Senior Living, an independent living affordable senior living property in Dallas, according to a news release.
The $34 million community will include 120 residences for older adults 62 and up, including multiple floor plans of which 88 units will be income-restricted for households earning between 30% and 80% the area’s median income as 32 homes will be market rate, the news release states.
Palladium Cockrell Hill Senior Living will stand as a four-story community with amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, conference room, movie theater, multipurpose room, leasing office, resort swimming pool with a ramp, dog park and a pickleball court.
In-home features include energy efficient appliances, modern cabinets, walk-in closets, a granite kitchen island, dual sinks in bathrooms and accessible layouts. The exterior of the building will present “an upscale traditional look,” while the interior design centers on comfort, safety and convenience, according to the news release.
Palladium Cockrell Hill Senior Living was designed by Cross Architects, with Pavilion Construction acting as the general contractor in partnership with Operation Community Care Living (OCC Living). OCC Living will lead the community’s resident enrichment programs.

Cedarhurst Senior Living opens Indiana community
Cedarhurst Senior Living recently announced the opening of Cedarhurst of Crown Point, an assisted living and memory care community in Crown Point, Indiana, according to a news release.
The community spans 72,000 square-feet on a 20-acre property and the two-story community includes 59 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care suites.
Cedarhurst of Crown Point offers amenities including a movie theater, courtyards, housekeeping and laundry services to help residents live in comfort. The community was designed with open, modern spaces in mind to have a “warm, inviting atmosphere” for residents, the news release states.
The community is now accepting new residents.
Brightview Senior Living opens welcome center in New York
Brightview Senior Living recently announced the opening of a welcome center for its Brightview Greenburgh senior living community in White Plains, New York, according to a news release.
The community is scheduled to open in early 2027 on the Metropolis Country Club campus and include 155 apartment homes, including 80 for independent living, 58 for assisted living and 26 dementia care suites.
Fourteen of the assisted living units will be part of the company’s Gallery luxury brand offering upscale units with designer kitchens and baths with personalized services.
