Indiana Regional Mls Deploys Ai Compliance Platform With Recore

Indiana Regional MLS (IRMLS) has signed an agreement with REcore to deploy Navigator by Lundy, an AI-powered knowledge and compliance platform, across its MLS and shareholder associations.

In a move aimed at standardizing support and compliance across its footprint, IRMLS will provide Navigator access not only to its internal staff but also to its shareholder Realtor associations, according to the company announcement. The deployment is designed to create a shared knowledge environment for the organizations that support brokers, real estate agents and appraisers throughout the region.

The initiative will centralize rules, policies and operational documentation in a single, searchable system, giving staff the ability to ask natural-language questions and receive answers sourced directly from governing documents, compliance policies, contracts and internal procedures.

“IRMLS was created through collaboration among associations across Indiana, so it’s important that the tools we adopt support that shared approach,” said Carrie Kendall, general manager at Indiana Regional MLS. “Navigator will allow both our MLS staff and our shareholder associations to quickly access rules, policies, and operational information in one place, helping us provide faster and more consistent support to the brokers and agents we serve.”

Navigator by Lundy, Inc. is built to reduce the time staff spend hunting through PDFs, manuals and internal systems by creating a single institutional knowledge base. For MLSs and associations, the technology is being positioned as a way to cut response times for member questions, improve consistency in rule interpretation and reduce the risk of compliance errors.

Founded in 2012, Indiana Regional MLS was created through the collaboration of Realtor associations across Indiana to provide a unified MLS platform that is more efficient and cost-effective for brokers, agents and appraisers. The organization launched with 13 founding associations and about 7,400 subscribers and continues to operate as a regional MLS focused on streamlined technology, rules and data access.

By deploying Navigator across both the MLS and association partners, IRMLS aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance institutional knowledge sharing and provide faster, more accurate responses to member inquiries. The platform is also marketed as a way to reduce onboarding time for new staff and ensure that operational knowledge remains accessible even as personnel change.

For MLS and association leaders, the move reflects a broader trend toward consolidating policy, compliance and workflow documentation into AI-assisted systems.
