Juniper Communities Promotes Katie Kensinger To National Director Of Marketing

BLOOMFIELD, N.J. — Senior living owner and operator Juniper Communities has promoted Katie Kensinger to the position of national director of marketing.

Kensinger first joined the company in 2016 as senior director of community relations at Juniper Village at Brookline. She was added to the company’s regional team in 2022. In her new role, Kensinger will lead strategic marketing, branding, communications and digital engagement initiatives.

Kensinger was recently recognized by Argentum with a 2026 Passion & Purpose Award at the association’s senior living executive conference for her work integrating performing arts into senior living. Under her direction, Juniper became one of the first organizations to implement Broadway Senior performances at its communities. The Broadway Senior collection, produced by Music Theatre International, features adaptations of popular Broadway musicals developed for performers age 55 and older.

Juniper Communities owns and operates seniors housing properties in Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.
