Land Gorilla Expands Encompass Integration For Construction Loans
Construction loan management platform provider Land Gorilla said on Tuesday that it has expanded its integration with Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology, which marks a shift to the Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) framework.
The updated integration allows lenders to more precisely control data exchanged between Encompass and Land Gorilla and is designed to remain compatible with future updates from ICE Mortgage Technology.
Land Gorilla said the integration combines the Encompass Partner Connect framework with the company’s artificial intelligence tools. Using automated workflows and AI-based document processing, the system maps construction budget data directly to loans, reducing the need for manual data entry and streamlining draw management.

According to the company, the integration allows lenders to automate loan creation from Encompass to Land Gorilla, ultimately improving data accuracy through standardized mapping and keep records synchronized through continuous data exchange.
The provider said increased automation can also reduce labor costs and errors associated with manual processes.
