Lone Wolf Launches Integration Hub To Connect Real Estate Brokerage Tech And Eliminate Data Silos
Lone Wolf Technologies has introduced a centralized platform designed to expand software integrations and data connectivity across its real estate technology ecosystem.
The company announced the launch of its API Portal — providing brokers, teams, agents and technology partners with access to application programming interfaces intended to link existing systems, automate workflows and share data across platforms in real time.
The portal is designed to connect systems within Lone Wolf’s Foundation platform, which serves as the company’s cloud-based real estate operating environment.
Leaders say the tool addresses long-standing industry challenges involving fragmented software and disconnected data systems.
“Real estate has operated in disconnected systems for too long,” said Aaron Kardell, general manager of innovation and strategic partnerships at Lone Wolf. “The Lone Wolf API Portal changes that. We’re empowering our clients and partners to innovate faster, integrate smarter and deliver meaningful outcomes for the industry without friction or limitations.”
Portal users can move data between platforms, which Lone Wolf says can reduce duplicate data entry and manual reporting processes. Designers say the system is intended to give real estate professionals a consolidated view of transaction activity, reporting and business analytics.
Lone Wolf — a 2026 HousingWire Tech100 honoree — says the platform also allows brokerages and agents to integrate third-party software and internally developed tools while maintaining control over data access and security settings.
The portal supports connections with customer relationship management systems, comparative market analysis tools, transaction management platforms and electronic signature services.
Dan Cvitanovich — founder and chief executive officer of Contract Confirmed — said the integration process was completed quickly.
“I’ve been doing integrations for 25 years, and this was easily in the top 25% of service and experience I’ve ever had,” he said. “We were live within two weeks and onboarding clients a month later, a lot faster than what I expected. It was wonderful.”
Lone Wolf says developers can use standardized design frameworks, authentication protocols and documentation intended to speed development and maintain security and compliance standards.
The company adds that integration partners that connect through the portal can gain visibility within its network of brokerage clients and technology providers.
The API Portal is available to Lone Wolf customers and integration partners, with access levels that vary depending on usage requirements.
In 2020, Stone Point Capital became Lone Wolf’s lead institutional investor. The firm later expanded its real estate footprint by investing in Keller Williams.
