Meridianlink Appoints Raj Patel As Chief Technology Officer

MeridianLink Inc. announced on Tuesday that Raj Patel has joined the company as its chief technology officer.

Patel, who brings decades of experience scaling enterprise SaaS and consumer technology platforms, will oversee the Irvine-based company’s technology strategy and product innovation, focusing on AI-driven solutions and marketplace integrations for banks and credit unions.

“With Raj’s leadership, we will accelerate innovation of MeridianLink’s smarter, connected and future-ready digital lending platform and ensure we continue to deliver secure, scalable and reliable solutions for our customers,” said Larry Katz, CEO and president of MeridianLink. “Raj is a seasoned leader who brings a passion for driving business growth through technology strategy, disciplined execution and innovation. We are thrilled to welcome Raj to the MeridianLink team.”

Most recently, Patel served as executive in residence for research and development at private equity firm Permira, where he worked with portfolio company leadership on technology value creation and cloud transformation.

He previously held leadership roles at Genesys, including senior vice president and multicloud CTO, and also held senior technology roles at Symantec, Pinterest, Salesforce, Cisco/Webex and Yahoo.

Patel holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Northridge.
