Agemark promotes six leaders
Agemark Senior Living announced it has promoted six leaders across the organization.
The promotions include Ryan Cole to chief financial officer; Ashley Gloystein-Klatt to senior vice president of marketing and communication; Lisa Graham to senior vice president of human resources; Kamal Grewal to vice president of regional operations; Matt Rezkalla to chief investment officer; and Daniel Spicer to vice president of hospitality.
“These promotions reflect the strength of our team and the culture we continue to build together,” Michael Pittore, co-CEO of Agemark Senior Living, said in a press release. “Their leadership will help ensure Agemark continues to grow while staying grounded in the values that have guided us for decades.”
Inspirit Senior Living welcomes president
Inspirit Senior Living continues to expand its leadership team by welcoming Torey Riso as its president.
Riso will “partner with David McHarg, the company’s founder and CEO, to focus on strategic expansion coupled with phenomenal customer service,” a press release states.
Riso brings over 30 years of experience to the position, including 20 years of “working directly with owners, operators and investors in the seniors housing and care sector,” according to the release.
CRM platform WelcomeHome promotes two leaders
WelcomeHome, a customer relationship management platform for senior housing operators, has promoted Emily Alexander to chief customer officer and Teddy Helfrich to chief revenue officer.
As chief customer officer, Alexander will “lead customer success, support and implementation, with responsibility for driving customer satisfaction, retention and expansion,” a press release states. She has been with the company for six years and was its first employee. She most recently served as vice president of customer success/
In his role, Helfrich will oversee revenue strategy and execution, including sales, marketing and partnerships, the release states. He has also been with the company for six years, and most recently served as vice president of sales.
Grit & Gravel expands leadership team
Grit & Gravel, a marketing agency focusing on senior living and senior housing businesses, added Daneka Sarkies as its vice president of solutions.
In her role, Sarkies will “represent Grit & Gravel in the field, partnering directly with organizations to develop long-term, strategic marketing relationships” and “play a key role in identifying new opportunities, supporting partner growth and ensuring clients experience the full strength of Grit & Gravel’s expanded team and expertise,” according to a press release.
Sarkies brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to the position, 13 of which were dedicated to senior living, the release states.
Epoch Senior Living appoints executive director
Epoch Senior Living announced the appointment of Edmund Tucker as the new executive director of Waterstone at the Circle.
In his new role, Tucker “oversees daily operations and leads the team in ensuring residents remain active, connected and comfortable,” according to a press release.
“Edmund stands out as a passionate advocate for seniors,” Joanna Cormac-Burt, COO of Epoch Senior Living, said in the release. “His leadership style prioritizes deep connections with residents, colleagues and families, making him the ideal fit to lead the premier experience at Waterstone at the Circle.”
CCRC Seabrook promotes director of sales
Seabrook, a continuing care retirement community managed by Erickson Senior Living, promoted Mike Loftis as its director of sales.
Loftis has been with Seabrook since 2024, and in his time there is credited with being “instrumental in supporting the sales team in achieving outstanding results in occupancy and in welcoming hundreds of new residents to the vibrant senior living community,” a press release states.
He brings more than 15 years of experience to the position. Before joining Seabrook, he served as a senior sales associate at Highland Springs, an Erickson Senior Living community in Dallas.
