Anthem appoints COO

Anthem Memory Care has appointed Lisa Rogers as its chief operating officer.

In this role, she will oversee operations across Anthem’s portfolio of memory care communities, with a focus on quality, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development and resident-centered care, a press release states.

Rogers brings more than 40 years of experience to the position. She previously served as co-founder, president, chief clinical officer and risk management officer of a senior living management and development company, according to the release.

Senior Lifestyle creates, fills new role for company

Senior Lifestyle has named Renee Kimberly as its vice president of sales strategy and enablement, a newly created position for the company.

In this role, Kimberly will “focus on building a more connected sales enablement strategy across Senior Lifestyle,” including CRM strategy, business intelligence, analytics, lead management, sales training, revenue optimization, forecasting and integrating AI-enabled tools “with the goal of giving sales teams clearer insights, stronger resources and more consistent support,” according to a press release.

Prior to joining Senior Lifestyle, Kimberly worked at Watermark Retirement Communities for 21 years, the release states. She most recently served as director of businesses system intelligence.

United Church Homes VP appointed to LeadingAge board

United Church Homes announced Laura Farrell, its vice president of healthcare operations, has been appointed to the LeadingAge Ohio board of directors.

Farrell’s appointment follows her receipt of the 2025 LeadingAge Ohio Visionary Leadership Award of Honor, “celebrating her dedication, passion and transformative leadership in serving older adults and advancing quality care across the continuum of aging services,” according to a press release.

Farrell will collaborate with fellow leaders from across Ohio to help shape strategic priorities, advocate for aging services providers, and strengthen the quality of care and services available to older adults throughout the state, the release states.

WesleyLife welcomes vice president

WesleyLife has named healthcare executive Michelle Gogerty as its vice president of home and community-based services.

In this role, Gogerty will provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s growing array of homeand community-based services, according to a press release.

She brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, with experience in long-term services and supports, population health, disease and case management, behavioral health, value-based care and partnerships among healthcare providers, payers and community organizations, the release states.

Massachusetts CCRC welcomes executive director

The Commons in Lincoln, a continuing care retirement community in Lincoln, Massachusetts, announced Debra Foster is its next executive director.

As executive director, Foster provides “overarching support to all facets of the community, including the full continuum of care,” according to a press release.

Prior to joining The Commons in Lincoln, Foster served as executive director at The Falls at Cordingly Dam, a Benchmark community, for 10 years, the release states.
