Covenant Living names president

Covenant Living announced an upcoming change in its leadership structure with the promotion of Jay Hibbard to president, effective. Oct. 1.

“This leadership structure reflects our commitment to positioning Covenant Living for continued success,” David Erickson, current Covenant Living president and CEO, said in a press release.

Erickson will remain as the organization’s CEO.

Hibbard brings over 36 years of senior living experience to the position, and he has been with Covenant Living for over a decade. He currently serves as Covenant’s chief growth and communications officer.

Ohio provider appoints CEO

Windsor House, a skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living provider in Ohio, announced David Parker has been appointed to CEO.

In this role, Parker will “lead the strategic direction, management, and daily operations of all Windsor House communities — including 11 skilled nursing and five assisted living communities — while John Masternick continues his service as owner and board member, ensuring continuity of mission and values,” a press release states.

Most recently, he served as the president of the senior care division of “one of the largest not-for-profit health systems,” where he oversaw a portfolio of 400 communities, 40,000 nursing home beds and 50,000 employees across 27 states, according to the release.

New executive director named at Epoch community

Epoch Senior Living has named Sarah Sterling as executive director of Bridges by Epoch at Andover.

In this role, Sterling will oversee all daily operations, team leadership, financial management, regulatory compliance and family support programming for the memory care community, a press release states.

She brings over 20 years of experience to the position, and has spent the last decade as an executive director. Most recently, she led operations at a senior living community in Salem, Massachusetts, where she directed overall management and served as compliance officer, the release states.
