Foundry Commercial adds senior living leader

Foundry Commercial has welcomed Charlie Jennings as a deal principal.

In this role, Jennings will focus on sourcing, capitalizing and executing senior living development opportunities nationwide, according to a press release.

Jennings brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, and has overseen more than $1.2 billion in development projects throughout his career. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, capitalization, construction management and operational transition, the release states.

Cubigo strengthens expansion plan with new hire

Cubigo has welcomed Chris Mohrman as its new vice president of growth.

In the role, Mohrman will “lead Cubigo’s sales and marketing operations, oversee the company’s enterprise go-to-market strategy and focus on driving pipeline growth, improving win rates and accelerating long-term revenue growth,” a press release states.

Mohrman has for the past decade held leadership roles in both the agency and software sides of the senior living industry, particularly at Markentum and WelcomeHome, the release states.

Marketing leader promoted at Mississippi Methodist Senior Services

Mississippi Methodist Senior Services has promoted Jennifer McClanahand to vice president of sales and marketing.

The newly created role “marks an intentional shift to elevate the organization’s sales, marketing, and occupancy development strategies,” a press release states. McClanahand previously served as the company’s senior director of sales and marketing and has been “instrumental in driving statewide occupancy growth, strengthening the organization’s brand presence, supporting individual communities and building deep relationships with residents, families and team members.”

“Jennifer has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision and a deep commitment to the mission of MSS,” Christie Vance, president and CEO, said in the release.
