Greystone expands enterprise leadership

Greystone announced it expanded its leadership structure with the appointment of Brad Straub as president.

The move is “designed to strengthen client service delivery, support continued growth and reinforce long-term strategic alignment across the organization,” according to a press release.

Straub’s leadership has “played a central role in aligning Greystone’s advisory capabilities with client outcomes across market positioning, financial performance and governance-level decision-making,” the release states.

SenioROI appoints chief technology and information officer

SenioROI, a senior living marketing and data intelligence company, has appointed Jack Marks as its chief technology and information officer.

In his role, Marks will lead company wide operations while overseeing technology strategy and product execution, according to a press release.

Additionally, SenioROI has appointed Tripp Higgins as strategic growth executive for Validify, its customer relationship management data optimization product built for the senior living industry. Higgins brings more than 20 years of senior living experience to the position, with a background including community-level sales and marketing leadership as well as executive responsibility as a chief revenue officer, according to the release.

“Jack brings a rare blend of operational leadership and technology execution,” Mark Ingram, CEO of SenioROI, said in the release. “As Validify becomes even more central to how we deliver value, Jack’s ability to align product, process, and performance will help us move faster and operate with greater discipline.”

Americare Senior Living announces VP of sales and marketing

Americare Senior Living has appointed Terri Mundy as its vice president of sales and marketing.

“Terri brings an exceptional combination of experience, strategic insight and cultural alignment to Americare,” Michael Hammond, president of Americare Senior Living, said in a press release. “Her leadership style, energy and deep understanding of senior living will further strengthen our ability to help residents and families make confident, informed decisions when choosing Americare.”

Mundy brings over 25 years of experience to the position, 15 of which were in senior living. Most recently, she served as vice president of business optimization for Cogir Management and Cadence Senior Living.

Anthem appoints community relations director

Anthem Memory Care has appointed Greg Morris as the community relations director for Willowbrook Place, a memory care community in Littleton, Colorado.

In his new position, he will be responsible for community outreach and marketing, a press release states.

Prior to joining Anthem, Morris was a national independent senior living consultant with G.D. Morris & Associates where he “specialized in operations, sales, occupancy growth and new expansion,” the release states. He has also served as assistant vice president of development and sales for Vi Senior Living.

Marsh’s Edge welcomes sales director

Marsh’s Edge, a senior housing community in St. Simon’s Island, Georgia, has welcomed Cheryl Stevens as its new sales director.

In this role, Stevens will “support the lifestyle advisors as they come alongside prospective members in their retirement journeys,” according to a press release.

Stevens’ career began in the not-for-profit life plan community sector, the release states, and she is noted to be an “accomplished sales and marketing leader.”
