RoseVilla names new COO and CFO

RoseVilla, a nonprofit life plan community, has promoted Norine Mulry to its newly created chief operating officer role and Kristina DeLisle to chief financial officer.

As COO, Mulry will lead RoseVilla’s daily operations and cross-campus service teams. She brings more than 18 years of management experience to the position, and has spent more than 10 years at RoseVilla, according to a press release. Most recently, she served as director of food and beverage.

As CFO, DeLisle will oversee RoseVilla’s financial operations, bond relations, risk management and strategic investment decisions, the release states. She brings more than 13 years of finance and operations experience in senior living and healthcare experience to the role and has led at RoseVilla for more than a decade. Most recently, she was vice president of finance.

National Healthcare Properties promotes two leaders

National Healthcare Properties announced two leadership promotions as part of an ongoing operational strategy.

Lindsay Gordon has been promoted to executive vice president, head of senior housing. She will “leverage her expertise in portfolio management and strategic initiatives to support the company’s long-term growth objectives,” a press release states.

Michelle Stepinsky has been promoted to senior vice president to recognize “her leadership in sales and marketing and her contributions to driving occupancy and revenue across the organization’s senior living communities,” the release states.

Health Dimensions Group adds three regional directors of operations

Health Dimensions Group announced it has added three regional directors of operations in Mackenzie Christopher, Meredith Humphrey and Brittany Bell.

In their positions, Christopher, Humphrey and Bell “provide leadership for a portfolio of senior living communities, focusing on operational excellence, the resident experience and occupancy growth,” a press release states.

“These three team members share our organization’s dedication to older adults and recognize the importance of establishing and maintaining trustworthy and high-performing systems and processes,” Erin Hilligan, chief operations officer of HDG, said in the release.

GreenFields of Geneva welcomes executive director

Life plan community GreenFields of Geneva announced Danielle King is its new executive director.

In her role, King will oversee the daily operations of the community.

King brings more than 12 years of healthcare and senior living experience to the position, according to a press release. She served as a nursing home administrator, including a decade with a multi-site rehabilitation services organization across the Chicago area, the release states.

Cedar Crest names director of sales

Cedar Crest, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, has named Kate Tanis as its director of sales.

Tanis brings more than 19 years of experience to the position, a press release states.

Most recently, she served as sales director at Lantern Hill, an Erickson Senior Living community in New Providence, New Jersey. She joined Erickson Senior Living as a communications specialist at Cedar Crest in 2007.

Lantern Hill promotes director of sales

Lantern Hill, an Erickson Senior Living continuing care retirement community, announced the promotion of Nick Rossiello to director of sales.

Rossiello brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, a press release states.

“Nick’s outstanding sales and leadership experience, coupled with his dedication to our mission of creating exceptional customer experiences, will strengthen our team culture and ensure we are well-positioned for ongoing success,” Executive Director Todd DeLaney said in the release.
