The Springs Living names two SVPs

The Springs Living announced it has made two senior living promotions with Amy Brown as senior vice president of operations and Bryan Hays as senior vice president of finance.

In her role, Brown will “oversee operations at the organization’s 23 communities as well as ancillary and new business operations, where she will help drive forward-facing operational strategy,” according to a press release. She has been with the company for 12 years.

In his role, Hays is “is responsible for overseeing organizational financial strategy and performance,” the release states. He brings more than a decade of experience to the position.

Rogerson Communities hires affordable housing leader

Rogerson Communities has hired Joe Crisafulli as its director of affordable housing.

In his role, Crisafulli will “oversee Rogerson’s income-eligible properties in the Commonwealth after having overseen a portfolio of more than 2,800 properties during his career,” according to a press release.

Crisafulli worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for more than 40 years, the release states.

Juniper Village at Forest Hills welcomes new executive director

Juniper Village at Forest Hills has welcomed Karen Greenawalt as its executive director.

In her new role, Greenawalt will “continue to advance Juniper Communities’ mission of nurturing the spirit of life by creating an environment where residents thrive and associates are supported in delivering compassionate, high-quality care every day,” according to a press release. 

Greenawalt has more than a decade of experience at Juniper Village at Forest Hills, and previously served as its business manager.

Anthem appoints executive director

Anthem Memory Care has appointed Talon Homesley as the executive director of its Willowbrook Place community.

Homesley will oversee all daily care, programming and operations, according to a press release.

Previously, he was the staff development director for Willowbrook Place, and before that he served as administrative assistant at Chelsea Place in Aurora, Colorado, the release states.

Royal Oaks names executive director

Royal Oaks has appointed Lauren Lauder as its new executive director.

Lauder succeeds Kendra Eberhart, who retired from Royal Oaks after leading it for 38 years, a press release states.

Lauder previously served as the CEO of Spectrum Healthcare Group and chief operating officer of Copa Health, according to a press release.
