Transforming Age welcomes COO

Transforming Age has welcomed Brian Robbins as its chief operating officer, effective May 1.

In his role, Robbins will “play a central role in advancing organizational strategy, strengthening operational performance, and supporting continued growth across the Transforming Age network,” according to a press release.

He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to the position, and most recently served as chief operating officer of LifeSpace Communities. Before that, Robbins held senior leadership positions at Buckner Retirement Services and Life Care Services, the release states.

Pacs Group co-founder, COO announces retirement

Pacs Group, Inc., a post-acute healthcare platform, announced the planned retirement of Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer Mark Hancock on June 30.

Under Hancock’s leadership since its founding in 2013, the group expanded from two facilities to 323 facilities across 17 states.

He will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors as vice chairman. He is succeeded by Carey Hendrickson.

American House Senior Living strengthens development, investment platform

American House Senior Living has promoted Samantha Eckhout to managing director of investments and hired Matthew Winsryg as senior vice president of development.

In her role, Eckhout will lead the investment strategy for American House Senior Living, focusing on acquisitions, development initiatives and the cultivation of capital partnerships to support continued expansion of the platform, a press release states.

The Arbor Company appoints SVP of operations

The Arbor Company announced it has appointed Michael Juno as senior vice president of operations, a newly created role for the company.

In this role, Juno will “oversee all aspects of community operations, working closely with The Arbor Company’s operations leadership to support the community teams that serve residents every day,” a press release states.

Juno brings more than 30 years of experience to the position. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations at Sunrise Senior Living, according to the release.

Heritage Communities appoints sales leader to support growth

Heritage Communities has appointed Jodi Langhorst as its vice president of sales for its west division.

“As we continue to grow, it’s critical that our leadership structure evolves with us,” Lacy Jungman, chief marketing officer, said in a press release. “Bringing Jodi onto the team and moving to a divisional VP model allows us to increase focus, strengthen partnerships with operations and more proactively drive occupancy and performance across our communities.”

Langhorst is credited with “building high-performing teams, implementing scalable sales strategies and driving occupancy growth through close partnership with operations and marketing,” according to the release.

Benchmark names senior campus executive director

Benchmark Senior Living has promoted Adam Manchester to senior campus executive director.

In this newly created role, Manchester will oversee operations for all continuing care retirement communities in the Benchmark portfolio, a press release states.

Manchester brings more than 25 years of senior living experience to the position. He started with Benchmark as a home office accountant in 2002 before growing through leadership positions, most recently being opening executive director for Benchmark at Woburn in 2016.

Crestmoor at Green Hills appoints executive director

The Crestmoor at Green Hills announced Rory McCook has been appointed to serve as its executive director.

In his role, McCook will oversee the daily operations of The Crestmoor at Green Hills, “focusing on delivering an exceptional lifestyle experience for residents while continuing to cultivate a strong, service-oriented team,” a press release states.

He brings over 27 years of hospitality experience to the position. For the past 14 years, McCook has served as a general manager with both Hilton and Marriott, overseeing full-service hotels ranging from 200 to 350 rooms, the release states.

Acts Retirement-Life Communities appoints executive director

Acts Retirement-Life Communities has appointed Taylor Reed as the executive director of its Acts Southampton Estates community.

In her new role, Reed oversees all campus operations at Southampton Estates, according to a press release.

Reed began with Acts Retirement-Life Communities in 2021, where she joined as administrator of healthcare services.

The Terraces at Seacrest Village welcomes back executive director

The Terraces at Seacrest Village announced it welcomed back Kelly Reilly as its executive director.

Reilly previously served in the role from 2015 to 2024, a press release states, and brings more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles to the position.

As executive director, Reilly will oversee the daily operations of the assisted living community.
