Trinity Health PACE announces chief medical officer

Trinity Health PACE has appointed Rachel Liebman as its new chief medical officer.

In this role, Liebman will “provide clinical leadership across Trinity Health PACE, helping advance high-quality, person-centered care that enables older adults to live safely and independently in their communities,” according to a press release.

Liebman brings more than 16 years of experience to the position. She previously served as medical director of clinical operations and performance for InnovAge, where she led clinical quality and operational initiatives across the organization. She also previously served as medical director at Capital Health LIFE, the release states.

Ingleside life plan community appoints co-executive directors

Craig Turner and Chris Coronado have been appointed as the co-executive directors of Westminster at Lake Ridge, an Ingleside life plan community in northern Virginia.

In this shared leadership model, Turner and Coronado will work collaboratively to lead the community while focusing on their respective areas of expertise, a press release states.

Turner brings “extensive experience in resident engagement and community operations,” while Coronado’s background includes “healthcare operations, clinical services, finance and infrastructure management,” according to the release.

New executive director takes the reigns at Artis community

Artis Senior Living has named Diane Mandracchia as the executive director for Artis Senior Living of Chestnut Ridge.

In this role, Mandracchia will oversee all care, operations and programming.

She brings over 20 years of experience to the position, 15 of which has been spent as an executive director. Most recently, Mandracchia served as the executive director of Chelsea at Greenburgh in White Plains, New York. She also served as executive director for The Bristal Assisted Living at White Plains, according to a press release.
