Neda Navab Named President Of Compass Real Estate

Compass International Holdings has named a new president of the Compass brokerage operation. In a LinkedIn post on Monday night, Robert Reffkin, the CEO and chairman of Compass International Holdings, announced the appointment of Neda Navab as the president of Compass Real Estate. 

According to Reffkin’s post, Navab will focus on leading and supporting Compass’s real estate professionals nationwide. Additionally, the company has said that Reffkin will remain engaged with Compass’s brokerage operation while leading Compass International Holdings. 

“Compass was founded to help real estate professionals succeed and realize their entrepreneurial potential,” Reffkin said in a statement. “Neda understands that better than anyone. She is a proven and thoughtful leader who shows up for Compass real estate professionals every day. While I will continue to partner closely with Neda to advocate for agents and their clients, her role will remain solely focused on helping  Compass agents thrive.” 

Navab has been with Compass since October 2018, when she began serving as Reffkin’s chief of staff. Most recently, she served as brokerage president.

Earlier in her professional career, she held positions at Urban Systems, Enjoy Technology, Box and McKinsey & Co. Navab’s appointment comes as Compass works to integrate its massive acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate into Compass International Holdings.
