Wingate Living expands to Cape Cod

Wingate Living announced it has acquired Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay, expanding to Cape Cod in Brewster, Massachusetts.

Along with the acquisition, Wingate is investing in “an extensive revitalization of the property,” by partnering with Elizabeth Markel of Market Interiors, according to a press release.

“We’re proud to bring Wingate’s commitment to quality senior living to the Cape,” Alexandra Schuster, president of Wingate Living, said in the release. “Brewster is a beautiful community with a strong sense of connection, and we look forward to enhancing this property to reflect the same standards of excellence our residents have come to expect across all Wingate communities.”

Solera Senior Living grows in Illinois

Solera Senior Living announced it has acquired The Sheridan at Green Oaks in Lake Bluff, Illinois.

The community will be rebranded to Modena Green Oaks following the acquisition, according to a press release.

“This acquisition reflects our strategic commitment to aligning with high-quality communities that share our dedication to exceptional hospitality, proactive and preventative wellness and operational excellence,” Adam Kaplan, CEO and founder of Solera said in the release. “We look forward to supporting the residents, families and team members as we continue to build on the strong foundation while thoughtfully enhancing the resident and team member experience.”

SLIB closes on 42-unit community

Senior Living Investment Brokerage facilitated the sale of an assisted living community in Cashmere, Washington.

Jason Punzel, Vince Viverito, Jake Anderson and Taylor Graham of SLIB handled the transaction, according to a press release.

The seller is a local owner-operator looking to exit the industry, and the buyer is a regional owner-operator seeking to expand its Washington footprint, the release states.
