"My wife Neeti melted her wedding bangles to buy a camera. Not because we were broke. But because our corporate job was so comfortable that we stopped growing. After 10 years in corporate, I realized: comfort is the enemy of growth. At 35, we both quit with no backup plan. This is the story of how we went from Deputy Manager to content creators with 3.6L followers, and why the scariest thing you can do is taste a tiny bit of freedom. Don’t fear the zero."

In this bold and deeply personal talk, Ramandeep Singh shares his journey of walking away from stability to rediscover growth and purpose. Challenging the illusion of comfort, he reflects on risk, reinvention, and the courage it takes to start from zero—reminding us that sometimes, losing security is the first step toward truly living. Ramandeep Singh is a content creator and podcaster who, alongside his wife, builds comedy and relationship content rooted in real-life imperfections and everyday emotions. Never a top student and once believing he was just an average guy, he spent a decade in the corporate world before quitting his career at 35. Together, they taught themselves content creation from scratch, and through six years of persistence, they refused to quit. Today, at 41, they have built a community of 3.6 lakh followers on Instagram and 1.7 lakh on YouTube, earning features in the Delhi Times and Patriot. Through humor and honesty, he reminds couples that imperfect lives are normal and encourages Gen Z to believe in real love beyond just red and green flags. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
