AM Best Managing Director Greg Williams appears as a featured guest on the “Target Topics” podcast to discuss key performance trends in the delegated underwriting authority enterprises (DUAE) market.

A recent Best’s Market Segment Report on the DUAE segment stated that 2025 marked the fifth consecutive year of direct premium growth for managing general agents (MGAs). During the episode, Williams gives an overview of year-end 2025 results for the segment, as well as how market structures are evolving and where the DUAE market is headed.
