At Revaire, we're building a beauty brand that's making makeup more effortless, intuitive, and fun. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator to help shape our brand across packaging, campaigns, social media, retail, and digital experiences

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator to become part of our internal creative team and help shape everything people see, touch, share, and obsess over.

If you're the type of designer who spots bad kerning from across the room, sketches ideas for fun, and gets excited by creating brands that people actually fall in love with, keep reading.

What you'll be creating:

? Product launch campaigns and creative concepts

? Packaging artwork and print-ready files

? Product presentations and investor decks

? Marketing collateral across digital and print

? Social media assets in collaboration with our marketing agencies

? Custom illustrations, icons, graphics, and brand visuals

? Retail displays, event materials, PR kits, and launch assets

? Website graphics, email visuals, and digital campaigns

? Factory-ready artwork, print adjustments, and production files

? New visual ideas that push the brand forward

You'll also

? Own the visual consistency of the brand across every touchpoint

? Work closely with founders to bring big ideas to life

? Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure artwork is production-ready

? Review and edit existing design files

? Support external creative agencies with assets and creative direction

? Think beyond the brief and constantly bring fresh ideas to the table

We're looking for someone who

? Has 5+ years of graphic design experience (beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a huge plus)

? Is exceptional with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

? Has strong illustration and drawing skills

? Understands typography, layout, colour, and branding at a high level

? Can prepare professional print and production artwork

? Has experience designing for both digital and physical products

? Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects

? Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

? Doesn't wait to be told what to do. You see opportunities and run with them.

? Loves experimenting, exploring, and making beautiful things people actually want to share.
