State Farm has begun issuing $5 billion in dividends to customers who held auto insurance policies with the company in 2025.

The company said 49 million customers across the United States will receive between 4% and 10% of their 2025 insurance bills back, depending on state regulations.

Payments average $100 per vehicle, State Farm said.

State Farm is the largest car insurer in Washington state and 28 other states, according to data from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
