[m25] Can My Father Kick Me Out Of His House I've Lived In All My Life Just Because I Haven't Followed A Diet He Wanted Me To Do?

There's a lot of context I have to get through. I've lived in this house since I was born, and around when I was 20, my father moved out to live with his girlfriend while me, my sister and her husband would take over the house bills, paying $600 in total a month, between all tenants. A house agreement was drafted by him on July 12th of 2021, which included terms of rental and eventual sale of the house to either me, my sister, or someone outside the family if all parties agreed.

A couple years after that point, my sister and her husband moved out to purchase a different house, leaving me the only remaining tenant. I obviously work a full time job to be able to pay the bills entirely from then onwards, but there have been times where my dad has paid significant amounts of money to help me in some situations, like with repairing vehicles, dealing with unemployment, and at one point, an unrelated legal trouble. I had never asked him to pay for these but he did so anyway and now acts as if I owe him thousands of dollars in debt, despite none of this being done officially like a loan or whatever.

So I pay about $660 now every paycheck, so every two weeks, for some reason, for a couple of years now, probably since 2024. His name is on all the bills but I give him the money to pay them. And in that timespan he took it upon himself to make me let him know when I get up in the morning and go to work, every day, and if I didn't, he'd drive over and forcefully wake me up. This has happened uncountable times because I don't tend to get up super early and just put my clothes on and go. Eventually it got to the point that he forced me to live with his girlfriend twice on two different periods, for multiple months. At the beginning, a part of this was also forcing me to go to bed at 8:30 pm and adhere to a strict diet that they decided, again, against my will and under threat of eviction. After the second period he installed a camera in the house without my consent to assist him with what he wants me to do.

He has said multiple times that if I did not do as he said then he would kick me out, take the car that I use to drive to work (a car that I am paying off for him that is registered under his name until I pay it off in full), and sell my computer that I can prove I 100% own to pay off what I supposedly owe him, I don't even know how much. I have not done anything he wants me to, and now he wants me to come and prove that I've been dieting in person. I understand that it is a normal thing to do but making it a condition to live in a house you pay the bills for feels ridiculous. And none of this is on the terms of the agreement from 2021.
