(nj): I Have A Restraining Order On My Ex And He Is Always Requesting Changes To Parenting Time, Does It Look Bad I Mostly Say No?

location: new jersey

i (28f) and my ex (34m) share a 2.5 year old daughter. i have had a restraining order since february 2025 with the parenting plan outlined since and changed 1 time after he completed anger management and no longer needed supervised visits. the current visitation is weekly from fridays at 5:30 until saturday at 7pm. he consistently is asking for changes to pick up/drop off times and occasionally asking to change the overnight to another day.

at this point it’s nearly every week he’s requesting a change (usually the day of). if it’s minor (changing pick up time friday slightly later for example) there have been times i agreed but now it’s so common for him to ask i’ve been saying no and to follow the court order. i have never agreed to changing the overnight and if he requested a change to friday pickup/drop off that was unreasonable (for example he once requested a 9pm pick up) i would decline and discuss pick up options for saturday (with the drop off time staying then same.) i have never denied him parenting time and I show up when/where im supposed to consistently.

a major fear i have is that if brought to court a judge would look poorly upon me for not being flexible. a lot of what i read is judges look for conflict resolution between parents but since i have a restraining order im not sure if this is really the case. would i look difficult to a judge for not being flexible to schedule changes?
