19 Dad Won’t Let Me Move Back From Puerto Rico To The States

I’m 19 turning 20 next month currently residing in Puerto Rico at my dad’s property since may 2026. I was born in Florida and want to move back. The age of majority in Puerto Rico is 21, my dad is refusing to let me leave saying that he’s going to make my life hell here and threatening me with if I try leaving he is going to backer act me and tell them that I am a harm to myself. I am not a danger to myself or anybody else, I am not trying to hurt myself or anybody else I just want to leave and create my own independence. Here at my dads house I have no autonomy and am forced to live my life the way he thinks is the correct way, this has taken a toll on my mental health which is why I want to leave as well as other reasons. My mother lives in Florida and sides with him, I am self employed and generate funds through online entertainment. I make enough to sustain myself but they do not agree with the way I generate my funds and continue to try dictate and shame my every move and what I should do with my life. I don’t want to go through the emancipation process because I know it’ll be a waste of time especially since my dad won’t sign, I have all my documents and my own bank accounts I also have a thought out plan of where I’ll be staying till I can find an apartment in Florida. If I were to “escape” is there anything the local police in Puerto Rico can to do interfere with?
