30 Days To Vacate.

Card image cap

Location: California just turned 34... I'm just not keen to what the heck to do.

Back in August I received a security alert from my security camera in my room while I was in the shower. I had a fan always on and some tapestries up that would move so I just didn't pay it any mind until the day after. Its a pretty vague video but it definitely seem like something or someone happened and moved a lamp or something. When I confronted the person I rent a room from about it it turned into this huge thing and I received a notice to vacate the next day.

She has opened mail and Amazon packages, as well as gone into my room without permission before. I'm not trying to stay at this point and I've had nothing to hide there isn't a lock on the door and I'm gone 6 days a week. I just feel like this is insanely unfair.

Everything is paid up and there isn't an extrenutating circumstance happening to my knowledge. Isn't the law 60 days? Do I have recourse? Or something?
