Adjudication 90 Day Rule Tennessee

Location: Tennessee. I need help! I dont need any judgement but Im involved in a child dependency and neglect case and my child got put with family in April and I was supposed to have ajudication hearing in july they pp it wont clearly give a reason just saying its more than likely due to shortage of judges. I read that there is a 90 day rule that they are supposed to provide adjudication hearing with in 90 days they are way past that this point. I know this may not mean anything but I didnt abuse or neglect my child there is a ongoing investigation involving drugs that were in the home we lived in... my public defender is also treating me like a criminal and I never hear from her at all they pp it to October and back in July she said she would invesitage and i still havent heard from her she said this basically after accusing me of what the criminal side is accusing me of. None of what im saying probably makes sense im just typing this quickly and idk why. Please help! I also read that they can only pp something for a "good cause" and not court congestion or a judge shortage. I just want to make sure what im reading is correct they have kept her out of the home for 6 months and there is no safety concerns anymore in the home I pass all my random drug screens ive done everything they have asked me to do including mental health and drug assessments i did a parenting assesment. I feel that the DA here is waiting to see if I get criminally charged with anything and I still havent... its been almost 6 months and they havent charged me.
