Ai Generated Nudes Involving Adults And A Minor
I’m currently facing a very difficult situation. My father was found to have real life pictures of his stepdaughter (18yo) and other friends (16-18yo) that he asked AI to take clothes off and make them fully nude, as well as “shaking their titties”. He took pictures of the step-daughter in the kitchen without her knowledge, and also used beach pictures taken as well as pulled images from social media from these girls to create this. None of them are aware nor consented to this. A family friend was sent these images by his wife, so there is evidence and proof that these images existed and he prompted AI to directly generate these specific images. The wife is now refusing to acknowledge the issue and is trying to cover it up. Is this something that we would be able to take legal action on? Could he be arrested and convicted of CSAM crimes? I am trying to figure out where we would stand with a case like this.
