Are We Harboring A Fugitive (location: Tennessee)

So I'm asking this more to comfort my partner then anything else, as I'm fairly certain we are in the clear on this legally.

So we recently learned that my mother in law has a capias warrant out for her arrest. This warrant comes from Florida. We knew she had a warrant out, but it seems like this one is different somehow and now everyone's panicking. From what I've gathered, she embezzled money from her accounting firm a few years ago and fled the state after she was found out. This happened before I even met my wife.

My mother in law lives with us and my partner worries that us letting her live here counts as harboring a fugitive.

We've done nothing to hide her from the police. She was actually pulled over for speeding a few months back and they let her go since the original warrant was from Florida.

After learning about the capias warrant we all began discussing her talking to a lawyer. We're actively trying to figure out how to deal with this legally, so I don't think there's any reason to worry we are all going to jail. I'm not worried about us getting arrested, but I'd like confirmation so I can ease the tension here.
