Arkansas - Guinea Fowl Run Amuck

Card image cap

Location: Arkansas

I have a neighbor (not sure who yet) that has decided that getting around 15 guinea fowl and letting them roam free is a good idea.

I live outside city limits. Not farm land, just more rural. Properties are all around 10-15 acres.

I regularly find these things either 1) standing in the middle of the road and/or 2) hanging out on my property. They come all the way up to my house and I sometimes even find them in the backyard. I work from home and they can create a huge racket outside my office window.

I've seen complaints like this in the area before and the response of "They're beneficial. They eat ticks and then go home" doesn't excuse letting them roam free.

I plan to find out what neighbor has these things and ask him/her to either keep them off my property or get rid of them.

But I was wondering what legal backup I have if it comes to that. People that have these things tend to not care how it affects anyone else.
