Brother Is Stealing Moms House

My mom sold the house we grew up in back in 2019 and moved into a house my grandparents own. So she had a large sum of money just sitting in her bank account. My brother has always been a smart guy and good with his own money and so he suggested to my mom she invest it. He said that they should invest in real estate because of how much housing is going up. He said he wanted to buy a tiny house for himself to live on our fathers (parents are divorced) farm. My brother decided she should buy a condo and rent it out as an AirBnB. She did not qualify for the loan because she was not working did not have any income and just a lot of money. He said she shouldn't worry about it and if she makes him the co owner than with his income and her money they will qualify. You can guess what happened next...

He is suing my mom to force the sale on the property. He wants the property sold and he wants half of the money from the sale. Half of what she invested and half the appreciation on the property.

Turns out, on my fathers side of the family. He convinced my 97 grandmother who can't recognize her own children to sign over a lease to the main parts of our family farm. My grandmother is in a nursing home and unable to get Medicaid because she still owns the property. He is now offering to buy the property which would skip my dad and his 2 sisters in the will.

He is quite literally stealing everything my family has. When I think of my family, I don't think about how much I am going to inherit. Obviously he has the whole time. I moved to another state and was just living my life and had no idea any of this was going on until my mom got served and I started digging. I had no idea that they let him so deep into their finances or he would do this. No one is even mad at him. He speaks very calmly about everything and just has a big smirk on his face. Everyone is mad at me for yelling and getting angry and causing a scene.
