Can I Call Cps On My Own Parents ?

my father has been abusing my mother for years and has been arrested for it, my mom sees how scared me and my siblings are but she will not divorce him. my dad SA’ed my older sister when she was younger and all of my younger siblings have had lice for years except for me because i’m old enough to take care of myself but neither my mother nor father take care of my younger siblings, so my older sister and i try to whenever we can. our fridge is rarely stocked and whenever they buy food it’s a bunch of frozen things, and processed foods, nothing nutritious or healthy like fruits. my dad has been receiving government assistance for years for our bills but he let our mortgage and bills stack up to an outstanding amount, which he still has enough money to pay but chooses not to. we rarely get new clothes. My dental health is very bad and i’ve been reminding my mother and father to take me to the dentist ive practically been begging but no one is taking me. i don’t even have a job to save up my own money because im 14. i don’t want anything bad to happen to my parents but i also want my siblings and i to be safe, so what could i do in this situation?
