Cease And Desist

I got a call today about a blog post I published recently. The post went over my (very negative and almost harassing) professional experience with my previous employers. I got a call today saying that their lawyers are currently drafting a cease and desist letter to threaten legal action against me. My blog post included two pieces of public information (white collar crimes my employer has been charged with in the past - not to mention the current lawsuit they are facing) but I did not name names. They said I was “dragging their names through the mud” but I did not mention them. I did however send the post to a peer who still works for the company and specified this was my experience. This could have been my downfall. Most of my post implies that this is my professional opinion, from my perspective. I do not believe they have a case and I think they are bluffing. I’d like to know if they have a case at all. I did unfortunately ask Gemini AI and it said there is likely no case. I am still a tad anxious and I changed the blog post to have a disclaimer at the end saying this is my opinion. I am under the assumption that my blog post can stay, every thing that has been said is done, but can I talk about this publicly that they are trying to bully me into shutting up? Please assist! Thank you
