Company Did A Bad Job So I Disputed The Charge And Won. Now They Are Threatening To Sue Me.

Location: New Jersey. I hired a small company to install a star light headliner in my car. I paid a $500 including a $100 travel fee because he was coming from New York. They didn’t show up the first several times we made an appointment. When they finally showed up a week later they were 2 hours late. They then worked for 24 hours on it. Literally overnight in
my driveway, so I had to stay up to pay the remaining $400 and to make sure nothing happened. They didn’t finish because I had to leave for work the next the day, but I paid the remaining anyway. It was only supposed to take 8 hours. They said they would come back and finish the rest. And they took my sun visors with them to do them at their shop so they could just quickly install them when they came back. It was supposed to be a few days later. Then then didn’t respond to text or calls for the next month until I left a bad review. The next day they responded and set up a time to come back so I would remove the review. They didn’t show up again big surprise. A week later they finally showed up several hours late again. They installed the visors that looked like shit and I asked them to fix several stops that didn’t look great on the headliner. They didn’t. They also didn’t do everything that we agreed too. They were supposed to have lights in all the pillars, they were only in the headliner, they were supposed to black out all the white plastic pieces (the headliner was originally white but they made in black to do this) they never painted any of the plastic pieces so I gave a bunch of white things on my black liner. The headliner was supposed to match the Alcantara in my car, but it’s actually darker and doesn’t match. And they took apart my trunk liner to put the electronics to power the lights. The liner doesn’t go back together now. I even had the dealer try to fix it. They couldn’t. So I filed a dispute with my credit card for my $500 deposit back. They kept the $400 in cash I gave them. I was fine with this. They did half the job so they get half the pay and it should be enough for me to get it fixed somewhere else. I won the dispute and got my money back now he is trying to sue me. Does he have a case? Should I be worried?
